I’m a strategic Chief of Staff and business operations leader with over a decade of experience building and scaling high-growth, global companies.Before MA-AT, I helped venture-backed startups grow from early stage to global scale — first as a co-founder at Onna, where I built teams across the U.S. and Europe, and later as Chief of Staff at DataDome, supporting the executive team.I’m trilingual (English, Spanish, French) and passionate about building organizations that balance operational rigor with strong cultural foundations.Earlier in my career, I worked with Hyundai Capital in Seoul and the United Nations in Geneva — experiences that shaped my global perspective and collaborative approach to leadership.
